What documents do UAE residents need?
A valid UAE driving licence and an Emirates ID.
What documents do tourists need?
A valid international driving licence and a copy of your visit visa or visa stamp.
I am visiting from a GCC country. Which licence do I need?
A valid driving licence from your GCC country.
Do you offer rentals without a deposit?
Yes. Self-drive cars are listed with no security deposit. The terms for your car are confirmed with your booking.
Is insurance included?
Basic comprehensive insurance is included. A Super Damage Waiver (SDW) can be added.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal are accepted, and USDT is listed on the car pages. Payment is arranged directly when your booking is confirmed.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Pickup and delivery are free across Dubai and the UAE.
Are you open at night?
Yes. Premium Crystal works 24 hours a day, every day, including handover and return.
How much mileage is included?
250 km per rental day. Additional kilometres cost AED 5 to 30 per km, depending on the car.
Can I rent for a month?
Yes. Every self-drive car has a monthly rate, shown on its page.
Can I book a car with a driver?
Yes. Cars with a driver are booked in blocks of 5 or 10 hours. Prices are on each car's page.
Are there eligibility criteria?
Drivers must meet the renting location's minimum age requirement and hold a valid driving licence.
What happens with traffic fines?
Fines on Premium Crystal cars are processed by the team and invoiced to the renter, with a nominal fee to cover the charges.
What should I do after an accident?
Notify the police immediately. A police report is mandatory; without one the renter is responsible for the entire cost of the damage.
What if the car is stolen?
Report the theft to the police, get a copy of the police report and notify Premium Crystal without delay.
What if I return the car late?
An additional day is charged at the rate for the car's category: luxury, sports or economy.
What about servicing on a long rental?
Book an appointment with the customer service team. They book the car in for service and arrange a replacement vehicle.
How much does it cost to rent a car in Dubai?
It depends on the car and the period. Daily rates in this fleet run from AED 399 for the Audi A3 to AED 13,999 for the Ferrari Purosangue.
