What documents do you need to rent a car in Dubai?
The documents Premium Crystal asks UAE residents, tourists and GCC visitors to provide before a rental.
The documents depend on where you live. Having them ready is the quickest way from enquiry to keys.
UAE residents
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Emirates ID
Tourists
- Valid international driving licence
- Copy of your visit visa or visa stamp
Visitors from GCC countries
- Valid driving licence from your GCC country
Age
Every driver must meet the minimum age requirement for the renting location. If you are unsure, message Premium Crystal with your age and the car you want before you book.
Sending documents
Premium Crystal will tell you how to share copies once your booking is confirmed. Please do not send licence or ID images through the website form.
